I don't believe now would be a good time for Bush to publish a memoir. First of all, as stated in the article, his approval rating's are not very high right now, so if he looking for any sort of sympathy from the public, he isn't going to get it. Furthermore, I'm not quite sure people will want to "relive" a lot of his decisions, let alone hear him try to justify those decisions. If he waits it out for a little, I think people would have gone through the "cooling off" period, and be a little more willing to accept it.
