Go Veg!

While researching sources for my research paper I happened upon this site, goveg.com, which is an over view of the correlation between the meat industry and the environment and I thought it was really interesting and informative. To anyone who's interested in becoming a vegetarian, or in the environment, or in manure, I strongly suggest checking it out; it's eye-opening stuff.

goveg.com is a great resource for information. However, I have some problems with peta, the organization that runs the site.
I have been a vegetarian for four years now, and am a huge supporter of the veg movement, I just think that peta is using bad tactics.
As a veg, I expect that people will respect my values and my choice to not eat any creatures. In return, I totally respect people who choose to eat meat, and don't put them down for it. Peta on the other hand, uses the opposite tactics, they try to make people who eat meat out to be immoral and unethical.
I just think that if they want to build respect for their movement, they need to respect the choices of others.

Interesting point, Sam. This could be a paper if anyone is still struggling to find an idea...
